Performance solutions need to consider and leverage the human change dynamic in the context of engagement, enablement, business focus, and internal infrastructure build. Our framework provides for the holistic design and development of corporate learning solutions.
We offer two complementary
methodologies when creating, customizing and delivering
learning programs and their associated collateral materials; project
management (PM) and the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and
Evaluate) instructional model. Our PM process enables us to manage a
project within scope, time and budget. Further,
it is aligned to support the implementation phase of the ADDIE instructional
model as shown in our Learning Solution Development Cycle.

Guiding the design of solutions in the context of the business environment and goals.
Collaborating with all stakeholders as a standard principle and process. The value of collaboration includes: engaging a diverse category of stakeholder; achieving the greatest amount of innovation possible in the solution; maintaining authenticity in the process and results; supporting the cultural change or cultural maintenance required; and managing expectations about time and contributions.
Defining the value of measurement and evaluation in the analysis and planning phases of an engagement. This enables our clients to make decisions that support consistency in business goals, the effort required to support those goals, the context for measurement and evaluation to achieve the business objectives.
Identifying and integrating what is working well toward achieving the performance required. We leverage/borrow the appropriate mechanics as a standard practice that produces cost savings and encourages performance by learning from the past.
Delivering quality products and services as a result of bringing the right content to bear in every aspect of a project. We Utilize the PM and ADDIE processes throughout the content evolution, making it possible to identify the right content and apply it to the learning solution in accordance with the culture/context of the customer’s organization.
